On behalf of the International Program Committee, we are pleased to inform you that the 12th International Conference "Inverse Problems: Modeling and Simulation" (IPMS 2026) will take place from May 31 to June 6, 2026, at the Paradise Bay Resort Hotel, Malta.

Since 2002, the Inverse Problems: Modeling and Simulation (IPMS) conference series has organized one of the field's main scientific meetings every two years. The goal of this multidisciplinary, international conference is to bring together scientists from many fields of science and technology who are working on different aspects of inverse problems. The main objective of the conference is to provide an in-person forum for discussing the latest advancements in inverse problems and applications.

Starting in 2014, the IPMS conferences were held under the auspices of the Eurasian Association on Inverse Problems (EAIP). The conference is also supported by the American Institute of Mathematical Sciences (AIMS), and by the leading international journals Inverse Problems, Inverse Problems and Imaging, and Journal of Inverse and Ill-Posed Problems.

The social program of the conference includes a welcome cocktail, banquet, full-day city sightseeing, and boat tours.

We look forward to welcoming you to the IPMS 2026 conference in Malta!
